If, for any reason, you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, you can return it within 15 days of the delivered date for a full refund.. Returns between 16-40 days will be considered on a case by case basis and subject to a minimum restocking fee of 25%. Returns requested beyond 40 days from the date of delivery will not be accepted. Any shipping costs paid by customers are not refundable. Please contact us to submit a RMA request. If you return merchandise that received free shipping, the cost of shipping will be deducted from your credit or refund.
Returned products must be not installed and must be in brand new condition, with all the accessories and original packaging. This applies to all products, except for items that are indicated as non-returnable on the product page, checkout, or emailed receipt. Customer is responsible for all shipping expenses for returns. Package must have an RMA number on the outside of the box or is subject to being sent back to the customer. Used or damaged merchandise, missing accessories, or packaging will increase the restocking fee.
