HDTV Modulator - HD over COAX Distribution
The Contemporary Research QMOD-HD is an HDTV Modulator. Its primary function is to distribute the output of an HD satellite receiver to any number of displays in a church, university, sports bar or facility, or corporate office over existing RF cabling. VGA sources can also be connected for RF distribution to digital signage displays. The QMOD can output resolutions of 720p and 1080i from component and VGA sources. It can also handle composite or S-Video at 480i. Setup is a sinch with user friendly front panel menus.
Control the QMOD-HD via RS-232
The QMOD-HD can be controlled via RS-232 control and feedback with simple ASCII commands. The easy to use navigation buttons on the front as well as the LCD screen make set up and maintenance worry free.
